Cetrulo LLP believes that a diverse and inclusive work environment promotes productivity and creates a strong and unified community. We have created the following initiatives to reach our goals:
- Diversity and Inclusion Committee: The Diversity Committee includes attorneys and staff from all levels of the Firm in order to collaborate and build a diverse and inclusive community. The Diversity Committee focuses on attracting, retaining, training, and developing diverse employees. The mission of the Diversity Committee is to create a diverse and inclusive community by:
- Actively recruiting diverse professionals
- Providing diversity and inclusion training to all employees
- Promoting respectful communication and cooperation between all employees
- Promoting teamwork and employee participation, permitting the representation of all groups and employee perspectives
- Encouraging employee contributions to the communities we serve
- Women’s Initiative: The Women’s Initiative focuses on supporting and mentoring the Firm’s female attorneys. Our goal is to attract, retain, and develop women attorneys and professionals within the Firm. The Women’s Initiative provides mentorship opportunities and networking, client relationship, business, and professional development training. The Women’s Initiative also encourages and supports involvement in profit and non-profit organizations.
