Overview

Jack’s areas of practice primarily involves complex civil litigation, with a focus in toxic tort, asbestos, and products liability litigation.

Jack is a member of the firm’s national coordinating counsel team, which manages products liability and toxic tort litigation for a Fortune 400 company in jurisdictions across the country, and includes the formulation of defense strategies, discovery management, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, selection and development of experts in industrial hygiene, pathology, and state-of-the-art, and liability estimation and reserve setting.  Jack also has extensive experience in the areas of complex case management and the negotiation of large multi-case settlements.  Jack’s role also regularly includes the management and oversight of insurance audits and corporate compliance audits.  Jack has also worked to establish and maintain procedures for companies to comply with mandatory settlement reporting for the Medicare, Medicaid and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (MMSEA Section 111).

Jack has extensive experience in insurance arbitration matters, and between 2012 and 2014, he served as the lead associate attorney in two arbitrations concerning excess insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims handling.  In addition, he has also assisted clients on a pro-bono basis in areas such as personal injury, property damage and collection proceedings.

Jack began working at Cetrulo LLP in 2005 as a paralegal, and continued his employment there while attending law school.  While attending undergrad at Stonehill College, Jack was Captain of the Men’s Tennis Team, the 2004 Northeast 10 Conference Player Of The Year, and in 2017, was elected to the Stonehill College Athletic Hall Of Fame.
