Michael’s presentation, entitled Secrets For A Successful Defense Team, provided attendees with strategies for defending asbestos personal injury litigation. Michael discussed his experience aggressively defending claims and using creative methods for investigating and refuting plaintiffs’ allegations.
Michael Cahalane is a Partner in the Toxic Tort group at Cetrulo LLP. Michael handles sophisticated products liability matters as both National Coordinating Counsel for multiple Fortune 500 companies and local counsel for a number of clients in the Massachusetts state and federal courts. Michael also heads the firm’s Cybersecurity practice group, through which he counsels corporate clients regarding the protection of sensitive and proprietary data.
