Lawrence G. Cetrulo was invited by Chief Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts to speak at a ceremony remembering the late former United States Magistrate Judge Lawrence P. Cohen on Friday, September 16th at the John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse. Before serving as a Magistrate Judge, Judge Cohen held several other distinguished positions including serving as a trial attorney with the Criminal Division of the United States Department of Justice, an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, and as the Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office. Cetrulo, along with The Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV, The Honorable Robert B. Collings, The Honorable Carol S. Ball, The Honorable Paul E. Troy, The Honorable Marianne B. Bowler, and family shared fond memories of Judge Cohen’s life and esteemed career.
