Cetrulo LLP Attorneys Stephen Rossetti and Bryan Abramoske will serve as speakers at the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section: Toxic Torts & Environmental Law Conference on April 8, 2022.
Stephen and Bryan will be panelists, along with an insurance professional and a toxicologist, for a panel entitled “The ‘One-Off’ Asbestos Case; Not So One-Off Anymore-Handling and Defending the Increasing Number of Post-OSHA Exposure Cases.” Stephen and Bryan will discuss issues faced by outside counsel in defending their clients in cases requiring a different approach to discovery, fact investigation, expert witness retention and the science and industrial hygiene issues presented.
