Congratulations to Cetrulo LLP partners Michael Cahalane and Kyle Bjornlund, and associate Xavier Lawrence for their article published in The Federal Lawyer November/December edition, “OSHA in the Time of COVID-19: A Call for Enforceable Standards for the Sake of Employees and Employers.” The authors examine the challenges of implementing proper safety guidelines in the workplace, while addressing the risk of future liability associated with an infectious disease like COVID-19. The authors regularly lecture on OSHA compliance issues for their course at Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
