Cetrulo LLP Partner Michael J. Cahalane was a mainstage speaker at the Defense Asbestos Litigation Seminar in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 26-28, 2019. Michael’s presentation, entitled The Reptile Questions: Examples and Suggested Responses, provided attendees with practical strategies for educating witnesses and judges regarding the so-called “reptile” theory. Michael discussed his experience preparing witnesses to respond to safety questions at depositions and moving the court to preclude such questions at trial.
