On Friday, December 14, 2018, the Massachusetts Bar Association hosted its Inaugural Young Lawyers Division Symposium.
Elizabeth Dillon led and presented at the Symposium’s lively, hour-long “What I Wish I Had Known as a Young Litigator” discussion.
Elizabeth Dillon, along with three other attorneys, advised young litigators about various aspects of pre-trial strategy including written discovery, deposition preparation, motion practice, and mediation. The panel also discussed recent changes to the Massachusetts Superior Court Rules concerning motion practice and meet and confer requirements.
