Cetrulo LLP Partners Michael J. Cahalane and Stephen L. Rossetti, Jr. were recently certified by the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) as Certified Litigation Management Professionals (CLMP). They were awarded this prestigious designation at the conclusion of CLM’s Litigation Management Institute (LMI) at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. The CLMP designation is the first such certification program in the field, and is designed to promote “a comprehensive understanding of the business of litigation management”. The arduous coursework and classroom presentations are designed for experienced litigation attorneys and claims professionals. The instruction, from leaders in the litigation management field, includes lectures regarding case evaluation, litigation assessment and impact reporting, litigation metrics, reserve setting and data management from an actuarial perspective, settlement and alternative dispute resolution strategy, alternative fee agreements, litigation risk transfer, and insurance coverage litigation.
