Cetrulo LLP Partner Stephen T. Armato and Associate Hayley Kornachuk presented at the Defense Asbestos Litigation Seminar held in Nashville, Tennessee on June 27-29, 2018. Stephen and Hayley’s presentation, entitled “Closing in on the Trial Date,” provided attendees with techniques for pretrial negotiations, tips for taking trial preservation depositions, as well as common pitfalls of technology in the courtroom. Stephen discussed options for negotiations such as group settlements and offers of judgment and Hayley advised on deposing experts at trial via video and typical challenges of courtroom technology and how to avoid them.
