Partner Michael J. Cahalane co-authored an article in the January 2018 issue of For The Defense, a national magazine published by the DRI. The article, “Secrets for a Successful Defense Team” addresses strategies to successfully defend a company in an asbestos claim. The piece includes resources available to defense attorneys for aggressively and innovatively investigating the plaintiff and jobsites at issue in the case. According to the article “[o]nly by employing a creative approach can the defense team hope to level the playing field and position the client for success at trial.”
